Thank you for supporting Galerie Youn; we enjoy doing business with you.

Galerie Youn guarantees your order leaves our site in good shape, but is not responsible for damages during transport. The Galerie will carefully package your art with suitable padding, so it should be safe if the shipper takes care, which they usually do, but not always. We cannot verify potential damage from shipping, as we are not present when the art arrives at its destination. Please contact us by email or phone if you’d like insurance to cover potential damages during shipping.

Fees for shipping will be automatically calculated based on your delivery address and will include the cost of packing materials and labour. Canada does not charge tax on sales abroad. For international purchases, Galerie Youn is not responsible for taxes due in the recipient’s home area, such as state sales tax in the USA, custom tariffs, and import duties as applicable.

After a sale becomes final, there are no cash refunds. Under exceptional circumstances, the Galerie may permit an exchange for another piece of art. If the Galerie permits an exchange, the client is responsible for shipping and insurance, both of the piece being returned and the replacement piece.
